Order Processing
All orders are prepared in small batches and typically ship within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During busy periods or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. Any updates will be noted on the website.
Shipping Locations
Due to cottage food regulations, we currently ship orders within Maryland only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and will be clearly noted on the website.
Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. The Snackin Kraken LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a package is in transit.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assist you quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the shipping box (with label visible)
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
Please do not discard the packaging until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns. If an issue with your order is confirmed, a replacement or alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion.
Important Delivery Note
Freeze-dried candy should be brought inside promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for issues caused by packages left unattended or exposed to extreme temperatures after delivery.
